Nimat joined LCF from a policy and strategy role in the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire. Prior to that she worked in business and service development for Central Bedfordshire Council for the community directorate. She has also worked frontline at St Mungo鈥檚, supporting young homeless people with complex needs.
Role
Nimat is our VAWG Programme Manager, part of the Grants and Impact team working alongside our Grant Programmes Managers. She is highly specialised, focusing on the 拢3m Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Grassroots Fund, developed by the Mayor鈥檚 Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC).
